Who cares is A/S was raised, means nothing except corporate activity. Dilution? Lol thats not a bad thing, to me its a positive, why? Activity, funds for ventures, more incentive to release PR to get SP up, get current, etc. Not like this thing can go any lower there is no risk here other than a very, very , very unlikely R/S. Management are shareholders they want to pump this and make $$ too. R/S doesnt change anything on a stock trading at .0001 with no PRs so that is 99.99999% unlikely. Furthermore insiders own stock, it would cut their own throat. Lets go on to other bash theory's here itemized below;

There is 0 risk here, other than no bid or R/S. R/S isnt that common, not to mention management here loading at these levels, they dont want to kill their $$ f they plan on riding the wave up.

Even in the unlkely case of no bid, (which decent volume here) dont see that happening. Lets say it does, eventually something will happen here and you will get out anyway. Anyone here really have much more invested than 1k, crap I was just in SF Bay Area and spent $400 on one night in a hotel, thats 4m shares. I have $1650 invested here, whats the risk, waiting for a bid to get my money back? lol its hilarious.
