Tiny OS

Even Smaller Float
CEO & CTO own about 30% of the common shares, restricted.

Just Released a new iPhone App for Weed delivery, both medical and recreational, where ever it's legal.

They were a QB, now a PINK. Looking for recertification. Forms filed, not sure of the current status:

They recently filed an 8K for creating a preferred class of 500k shares, and sold about 100k at $1 each to finance operations. Shares are locked up for 6 months and convert at a 35% discount off common share market price upon conversion. Not necessarily bad news. They haven't been pulling the ATM handle as often as some.

They have no Revenue that I can see, and never have that I know of.

If they are actually doing what they say they're doing they could be an interesting little company with lots to talk about.
