great scammers like AC learned a long time ago how to prey on the innocent hopes of uninformed investors. He figured out how to squeeze cash out of hundreds of thousands over the years without ever having to answer for his scams upon his shareholders.

I learned a long time ago that if it looks like a duck and walks like a duck, lol, you better head for the nearest exit and never look back.

The first DD I do for every stock I go into is to try to get as much information about senior management as I can. If there is any tarnish on any individual that I look into, generally I just stop looking and find other stocks to play. There are plenty of them out there.
