My own opinion as a long and whatever info(SEC files and speculation) I have so far.
Irrespective of RS happens or not company can not run without following.
1) BO chance- 20%
2) Partnership chance- 30%
3) New offering chance- 40%
4) Bankruptcy chance- 10%
so bottom line as a long we have 50% probability of winning in the case 1 and 2
and if your average is lower than 0.04 then you wining probability is 60% in case 1, 2 & 4
Case 3 will most likely wipe us out
