So FBG and anybody else,
Is a buyout in the best interest of the company now, or just us long term shareholders who have suffered the last few years? If you can separate the two that's important. My worry is that it's not in the best long term interest for the company, unless they don't think they can make it otherwise. If that's the case, not exactly in a good negotiating position, especially with iceo, and 5 execs maybe gone. Crumbs for a sale, but also bigger crumbs that company not looking good these days... just saying.
