based on pre-clinical and the overview look of the phase 2a with such a dramatic increase in efficacy from 100 to 200mg dosing. What if that doubles at 300 and maybe again doubles at 400. What if P cures psoriasis like in the mouse models? Anything is possible and I’m excited to see.
