IMO,,, they will only sell if that's the best interest of the company... meaning what will be more valuable, sell now, or dilute and keep on going. They may have no choice. And as things are looking from a non pumper perspective, things seem a little edgy with this company. If 5 executives are gone and there isn't a buyout, not a good sign going forward. Simple as that.
