Given Fitbit's generally plummeting stock price there's more than enough of the Class A trading shares already. Might be a slight factor as 2027 approaches.
BTW, I don't own FITbit or any stock like it. It always struck me as a typical fad "gadget stock"... the sort of investment to be avoided. Plus it has way too much competition. For example, my IPhone includes a basic fitness tracker for free
So far I've been 100% correct about avoiding this stock.
