I never knew companies had to wait 30 days while being approved by FTC and/or DOJ. And I suppose these companies aren't allowed to report that they have a tentative agreement/deal? So they just quit communicating. But from what I've seen over the years, most deals just suddenly are announced and catch many people by surprise. But if companies have to wait 30 days then shouldn't this become obvious in pretty much every merger situation and in and of itself be a clue? Seems to me that ADXS/Noelle should be answering their phones and if/when someone asks about a possible merger deal they just say "I can't discuss any possible ongoings regarding that other than that we are open to all possibilities and are business as usual." Otherwise, to completely ignore the public makes them look suspicious and catches attention. But then again, ADXS management may not be the sharpest management team ever put together.
