I see it the same way, means something is happening and hints the likelihood of a PR soon.. Furthermore would mean close to 100% chance of a PR and the SP cant get any lower, only one way from here.

People always just and think dilution instantly kills any chance for profit, totally not true. When a good PR comes out on a stock like NOUV no way this will be held back. Good PR I could see this hitting .0015 easily.

Only reason I dont up to 50m shares is because there is always risk of an R/S but doubt that will happen here. Strong potential here. I have .0004 as my near term target, anything more would just be icing on the cake.
