Most of those huge Rule 144 transfers to unnamed "investors" in the disclosure went to Joe and Vivian Blumenthal... aka Blulife. Here's the skinny on those crooks. If by some miracle this rotting corpse ever does climb out of the grave it will be people like this who will steal your money.
