I don't think many people realize how huge getting the API contract could be. The American Petroleum Institute has more than 625 member organizations, which include large integrated companies, as well as exploration and production, refining, marketing, pipeline, and marine businesses, and service and supply firms. This will undoubtedly be a multi-million dollar deal if it goes through.

IR is saying $OCSY has great news coming next week, sometime between Monday 4/9 through Friday 4/13. Could this be the API contract? That would indeed send the stock soaring. This is the news we are waiting for, since the PR from the company told us they were preparing the white paper for the API contract.

If the news is another contract won, even better, as we are still waiting to hear about the API contract.

We could be looking at an easy 10 to 20 bagger here if this contract goes through.
