Digging deeper here. Didnt last year they raised the A/S but couple months after that nice PR and shot past .004 ? isnt it logical with them paying fees to NVSOS (with almost 7k more due next month) that PR will follow, and most likely name/ticker change?

#1 Just because the A/S is raised doesnt mean this wont fly on PR, it will fly.

#2 Dilution doesn't mean this wont fly. Furthermore its logical to think they will pump this if they plan on diluting, all the more reason to expect PR.

#3 IMO Dilution isnt necessarily a bad thing because we are at rock bottom SP, they have more incentive to pump this. They are likely loading at these low levels and they want to make $$ too, they make money when SP is pumped.

#4 Even if primarily goal after paying over 10k in fees (with more to come) was simply to raise the A/S - and to dilute, personally to me at a .0001 I am more likely to expect a PR. I am looking at last year and they announced news a couple months later after raising A/S

.0004 Price Target, if they get current and announce something good could easily fly past .004s again

All my opinion, just gathering more DD before I double my position monday. 16.5m finalizing my DD to up it to 30m
