The news is they just paid over 11k in fees with more fees coming up in May, why do that for nothing. Even IF you look at the negative which you could say they only did it so they could dilute, even then they will want to issue PR to get the SP up. Dilution doesnt instantly mean its a bad thing, honestly if they plan on diluting, great because that means they will get us a PR and we can all make 400%+ gains. A nice PR and OTC current and this could be 4000% gains

They dont need to issue a PR to state "we plan to get current" you just get current. Paying NVSOS fees is one step.
