Forget who posted it awhile back but remember someone did get an email back when they were asked if there were plans to get NOUV current, that was long before any of these fees were paid, which is an indicator of something to come. Yes not a sure thing but combine that with volume you be the judge. My opinion easy 400%+ if they get current and issue PR this could fly past .004 like it did last year
