No one knows, but my theory and opinion is name and ticker change coming, not sure what any PR would state but f I were to guess its about NOUV name Change/Ticker and plans to get OTC current. The heavy volume we have seen isnt just Ihub spectators. Tens of billions of shares have traded hands this year
