On top of that the NVSOS fees are $5800 a pop, they were past due for awhile plus this years and another fee coming up in May. $11,600 - $17,400 in NVSOS fees to get the company current. I dont see why on earth they would do that for any other cause then getting current. After this news about NVSOS current I immediately thought (combining with heavy volume for awhile now) they will be changing ticker/name shortly. I am guessing that Greg guy is the one that will be taking control of NOUV because his name on the NVSOS. I find it hard to believe they would pay up to 17k in fees not to plan on getting this current. Jeff still building his businesses, not sure how successful they have been but must be making $ because they have been running the wireless control group/entuit for awhile now.
