This is willful blindness to the extreme. It works something like this:

1. Investel owns the patents. This is demonstratively and unquestionably true.

2. Investel is no longer controlled by the equity holders. the secured creditor of creditors have appointed a receiver, whose job is to liquidate all assets including the patents.

3. Hence, UAMA is an empty shell with no capital, assets, or goodwill.

It doesn't get much clearer than this folks.
