I havent been following all this darkpool, bravatek reverse merger talk. With IHSI's share structure, the reverse merger just never really made sense to me so I never really looked into it. Typically companies reverse merge into a clean shell or a publicly traded entity that doesn't have such a large share structure. A reverse stock split would naturally lower the outstanding share count enough to make Intelligent Highway Solutions a more palatable ticker to reverse merge into. If that's their game plan, then a reverse stock split would be the way to go. Unfortunately existing shareholders would be wiped out, for as we all know what happens after a stock reverse splits.
