the ceo jet setting to other countries and partying like a rock star with clebs, while technically legal on the face, may fool some gullible shareholders who apparently want to be played. but with the absence of substantial subscriber numbers growth and radio ads ect. that have been promised, won't fool anyone who has their eyes open.
and if, big if, it is "only" 1 billion shares as you state, that alone diluted shareholder equity by 25%, i'm glad shareholders ok with that also, this is what you've all been clamoring for. enjoy, there are plenty more coming behind this batch.
