Shell-- absolutely- i myself mention some other tickers here but I try to do it in a relative context, and not start a whole different topic.

almost everyone who owns FRLF also owns POT^ and some similar others. However, very few of these "others" are actually making sales revenue now, in the millions, and growing on good strategy, and - still undervalued. hence FRLF and POT^, two top choices for long holds.

IMO don't worry about debt repayment and share conversion with good OTCs. way too many get hung up on the debt prospect. funding is needed for growth. the only decent source of large capital comes from lenders giving money in exchange for assets (shares issued by company to secure debt from lender, lender converts issued shares later as the repayment, on a structured plan and at set repayment dates / amounts).

Really, it is a great financing plan for both the company and the lender, who is risking a lot of money that the shares will even be worth anything in a year.

as long as the repayment (conversion) is structured properly, and with a reputably lender, and the raised capital is being used by company to make greater sales revenue, then it's all good.

you would not want to buy a public company that is under-funded and does not secure growth capital. that is 99% much more of a disaster waiting to happen.

And- believe it or not- the added shares provide liquidity for big runs. you cannot have big runs without a lot of shares to grab on the ask. Sounds crazy I know, but, it is most always the case.

POT^ getting some good price recovery and more is expected- Effing cracks me up not everyone is crowding in to buy $FRLF while it is still oversold and over-cheap. I mean, do they need a huge neon sign that says "buy $1+ for 0.12"? ha!

I have been stoked with buying 12's and even a few 11's lately. Happy 2018!

IMO!

Buy companies with cashflow, execution & undervalued mkt cap. Don't base knowledge on what someone said on a message board. Don't use stop losses- EVER. Lock your shares by placing GTC sell at high price, MMs & shorts cannot borrow them to affect price.
