I can't disagree with your frustration. I'm also quite tired of the silence. It seems that in the past mgmt was too optimistic and realized it so their solution is to say nothing than what is required. What i hae is that mgmt likely feels they are being very informative and don't understand why we expect more. I feel this is very inconsiderate towards us investors that chose to put up our hard earned money in a high risk investment vs letting it grow in something else. We are all looking for an extraordinary payday and if we choose this possibility we have to be ok with the risk. Risk is minimized greatly when there is an open path of information of the status of this company. Financial statements of cash raises and bare minimum PR's of trial info can only lead to speculations and opinion about the future.

I will say, however, this is not a "keep it going for as long as we get a paycheck" scenario. The board and mgmt have way too much of their own money in this to not be in the same boat we are. They know way more than us and for anyone to put up money through paulson the presentation has to be compelling. I think many of the warrant holder investors have seen/heard NDA type information that convinced them to put up the cash. Or it could be they are just hearing of this investment opportunity and don't have the years of frustration buildup that many here do.

What has really worried me is 2 things:
did mgmt just waste the combo PE PR because we are on the OTC market and not realize that that was dumb?
And how can we be deep into P3 trials and still not and sort of deal - is there some milestone to be met that changes that or is it that BP already looked at pro 140 and decided to pass?

I hope mgmt is not as blind as we are and that they see the finish line clearly. It can't just depend on hope and "not sure this will work but oh well" decision making.

My question is to other here, in past experience is this normal in the small biotech investing scenario? I know set backs and extended timelines are to be expected but the radio silence is odd.
