Sam it has been re-pete ed by you several times that it clearly states that the company may and I say may go BK. Now with that said and sure clearing reading the 8k that you did we were aware of this but believed in the product, and I for one can tell you this product will survive whether or not it under DCTH or not! For one I cannot believe that Simpson would let this go to BK, not just for rep sake but because she too believes in the product and knows that it will make it to the market she has created a road for us and has shown us the easiest route to get there. I sincerely believe that she was hoping for the votes, but when they started to come in she wanted to save the product, hence the golden parachutes, she has a plan but like any stock company that plan is needed to know only. Trust in Simpson! My guess as it has always been since last June BO or merger the stock is aligned for that next week or it can continue to drop until there is an HTO, but trust me this product will make it to market one way or another. IMO
