I didnt say you said that, what you were trying to imply was "the only reason they are NV current is to dilute more" which they dont need to take the effort and fees to file with NV if the only motive is to dilute, would make 0 sense. Dilution or not PR and this will fly. I see it as a no brainer at these levels. End of Month next month more info is due with NVSOS.
