Buying at these levels is a no brainier now they are current with NV, I really dont see 1 reason to spend $5k on the fees and the effort to file paperwork just to dilute, that makes no sense. Only 1 reason they would get current with NV because they plan on getting current with OTC.

After PR the SP will shoot hundreds of percent easily, I would rather assume a tiny bit more risk and buy before the news, especially at .0001
