I thought both parties were in a Due Diligence Period ?

I am still half asleep on this one till something concrete happens.

I learned a few years back that the Best DD can be all for not so I don't do deep DD like I used to. For instance, I never saw the RS coming in the past.

Ultimately it's up to Vanis. Something is going on and the tickets are cheep.

Would't that be something if this thing took off and I could get most of my money back ?
