should we be surprised Kyle LIES to shareholders?

Kyle told shareholders they found 2 of 3 items needed for a recovery permit, and then told the Court their agreement with Florida included a transition to a recovery permit.

That was on Area 2, which is now EXPIRED. Mary said the PR was false.

Now it appears the LIE on Area 1 is the wreck being 1/4 mile from Area 2.

Where’s the next recovery permit? Can he only get one because someone at the Bureau misbehaves?
