No. They explained it, sort of, in the press release today

Sort of is correct... As usual we're left with more questions but I hope they will clear it up soon with the 10-K/PR or CC at the latest. We were told multiple times shares WILL be returned when debt is paid. Well debt was paid and they just implied that no collateral shares have been returned yet. Nor did they say how much debt was paid or whether all of it was Loan 1, and if not all of Loan 1 was paid then why etc..
