Carden will be issued shares based on whatever the current market price is plus a negotiated discount. So as the share price increases so do the price at which Carden buy shares. Brad also clearly states that they will only take the funds as needed and can cancel the Reg A at any time. Hopefully the can secure non toxic private funding soon ASAP.
