must be painful for some to read what the cos had to say but truth is fdbl may be seeking some kind of merger or possible acquisition?they also mentioned re the debt situation and possibly something has been addressed hardly any shares have been trading for some time surely could not pay those notes.fact is many people who read these past press releases dont remember many details and need to be reminded.furthermore with all the cos lousy financials and all possibly a positive to look forward to here?imo
