Darkpulse could be worth 150million dollars that's fine with me too. When a RS happens during a Reverse merger it's to change the SS the AS will be adjusted and the OS accordingly and a new ticker will be formed. The old debt is being serviced and I am sure financing for the new ticker is being worked out. I am well aware of how this works play accordingly. Darkpulse won't merger here and keep a 15 billion AS. I see the RS being 1:1000 atmost and the AS being a 750million to a 1billion. All IMO of course.
