Not sure why ppl are panicing now. I mean the OS was 12.9 billion before the Singer announcement I am pretty sure it's close to max AS now let the notes convert less to payoff later and if Darkpulse is the real deal no worries 1.5 billion or a 150 million dollars valuation puts us at .01 or better people shouldn't be trading with money you can't afford to lose. Yes a reverse split is coming but if packaged neatly with a Reverse merger and some government contracts I'll laugh with all my $12k investment returns to the bank.
