The entire housing/real estate market vs true living wages paid today for mainly majority retail jobs is something has got to give!! Average home prices way above what any $10-15.00/HR job could ever qualify for mortgage for or even be able to afford paying !!

73% or so of all millenials today, are seeing their parents subsidize
pay them to help afford living! Nobody talking about this??

Like many places in USA today, my old lovely Colorado mountain community I once lived, saw Californians come in by droves in 90's raising everything into stratosphere, changing its appearance to what they left, and now average starting home price is around $750K, YET, average wage being paid there is around $10.00-$13.00/hour retail !! Something has got to give people ...
