Im not sure if anyone here has taken TRU Niagen but this line interested me in their upcoming presentation.

" NIAGEN supplementation increased NAD levels nearly 60% on average in middle aged and older adults, compared with placebo."

Another company I am following has turned to study the gut biome (genome sequencing and biomarkers as well) to see why some have done better in clinical trials (of an Alzheimers drug) with less concentration of the drug in their system than those with more. My take away after listening to a few on the other board that said that Niagen did nothing for them is that their may be something to the fact that their is a pretty wide spectrum of proper intestinal absorption. With regular medications or antibiotics being constantly administered my guess is that this might contribute significantly to the detriment of bacteria in the intestinal tract. As the gut goes the body goes! Maybe Chromadex should look into absorption rates and gut biome. Put everyone on a probiotic for 90 days before administering Tru Niagen?
