Thanks John for putting up that excerpt from the CVR agreement. The mechanics of getting past small trading volumes and notifying the market about any buybacks thus makes it very inconvenient for CYH to make open-market purchases.

Re: the insurance. Doubt it. That would amount to double paying for the settlement costs.
