My guess is they are accommodating for a future reverse split, right after they raise some more $$. Even fully diluted, market cap is only $8m. This company could be worth significantly more than that if they can execute on their plan. I come from the meetings and incentives industry, and Flit is filling a void big time. As long as they can raise enough cash to put the pedal to the metal, this thing will fly IMHO!
