I'm not aware of one. I'm here because of the reputation and the fact that his recent mergers have been absolutely legit and led to fantastic gains for holders. It sucks not knowing when updates will come, that's why I'm already in. I don't think I have the speed of the pros to jump in when news gets announced, so I'm in beforehand.

Sitting on shares and tying up those funds isn't very palatable to me but I think the risk/reward factor is skewed enough to the reward side that it's worth the gamble to me.

If I was a pro and knew I had a very good chance at beating everybody else to shares the moment news hits I would probably just sit on the sideline, ready to pounce.
