Yes pf, she does control this company through the preferred shares. However, the debt actually has MORE control than she has. She MUST comply with the contractual obligations of the debt or risk losing not only the company but her freedom as well.

This is nothing more than a means by which the unscrupulous legally steal from the naive public who are trying to get lucky at the market casino.
