Why would Steve create an already named safe driving app to let someone else be in direct competition with the Bsafe app? I don't think he would do that. Of course without knowing the details it's impossible to say whether it would be a wise business move. He might as well just sell the whole Bsafe app division to them if they're going to be in direct competition. Could this be for an automaker? That would make more sense.
