The employees buying any shares has nothing to do with any merger (aka name change)

It was offered to them in April 2017 and expired in July 2017, any merger (aka name change) wasn't happening then

But we all know that no employees bought any shares anyways because the company never filed any 8K's within 15 days of any employees buying any shares.
