Company fooled us all me included..couldnt find the price to sell at so created a new company using whatever money they could.

This is a totally separate and independent company.
Pretty sad if you ask me what they did but i have filed a complaint with the sec. If you notice the facebook page no longer has the address of the company there and no review section. Last post was on 3/27 and they dont respond to emails...

Fooled me on this one damm shame cause they had an offer and turned it down.
