I am now leaning towards the opinion that the so called 'quiet period' is simply a decision by IR not to reply to any retail investors. It's a waste of time for them. They don't care about us bag holders. We are not important to them, so the directive given to Noelle is not to waste any more time reading or responding to retail shareholders. They go straight to the trash folder. Only phone calls from funds or tutes are answered. This is the most logical explanation.
