Uhhh...NO....NO....NO...."they" DO NOT...USRM this POS 7 cent special does NOT "OWN" EVEN ONE clinic.

PLEASE PROVIDE LINK TO ANY USRM SEC FILING showing they OWN EVEN ONE CLINIC. LINK TO SEC FILING and PAGE NUMBER and VERBIAGE PLEASE. Cause it DOES NOT EXIST and IS NOT TRUE.

This POS is gonna release a SEC 10-K here at some point and NOWHERE IN THAT DOCUMENT IS IT GONNA SAY "USRM HAS 287 CLINICS" or that "USRM OWNS/OPERATES 287 CLINICS" or anything remotely close to that 100% FALSE STATEMENT.

BETTER YET....get Tomas to respond IN WRITING in an email or official PR stating any variation of the words, "WE OWN AND OPERATE 287 CLINICS" and I'll happily personally deliver it to the FL SEC DISTRICT OFFICE not far from USRM and find the right investigator to hand it to him/her....no problem......I'll also then personally deliver to the class action securities lawsuit firm that will take them to the cleaners on it....their name can't be revealed, but they exist.....

Here is there most recent SEC filed 10-Q and IT, IT SAYS that USRM has a "PARTIAL OWNERSHIP INTEREST, A MINORITY ONE AT THAT, OF EXACTLY ONE CLINIC". ONE. U.S. Stem Cell Clinic LLC, of which USRM this POS "owns" a 33% MINORITY STAKE and nothing more. THEY OWN NO OTHER CLINICS and the "Kuwait" ruse NEVER HAPPENED EITHER....the ole "High Rising Group" P&D Tomas hype-n-pump special again. OPEN BY END 2017....DID NOT HAPPEN....false info from a CEO once again....SEE SAFE HARBOR GET OUT OF JAIL FREE CARD....LOL.....Tomas peddled pure bullsh%$T as usual.....

NOWHERE will one find ANY OTHER LEGAL BINDING STATEMENT that USRM this POS 7 cent special OWNS/OPERATES any other stem cell clinic for which they have an "OWNERSHIP" interest, it ain't in their SEC FILINGS. TOTALLY FALSE to claim or state otherwise. Else, what filing, what page, what wording stating "OWN/OPERATE" and thus share in revenues or profits, etc ??
