One more thing about CC. They said that it was FireEye that included licensing for the Finjan Blue portfolio of IBM patents. Lisa Thompson (Zack's) asked them point blank months ago who it was they licensed for that portfolio. They didn't say it was FireEye and guided it was some other undisclosed party. That means not only didn't they get $17.5M from FireEye since they "cross-licensed" $5M from FireEye, but they didn't even get $12.5M as part of that was attributed to the Finjan Blue portfolio. I think they are playing games just so they could say they collected their initial payment to IBM. I don't know if FireEye had any use for the Finjan Blue patents. All they cared is they paid a net of $12.5M and didn't care how Finjan allocated it. Why would they need to cross-license $5M from FireEye when they can't even produce enough revenue to break out? They really only got $10M from FireEye for the Finjan patent portfolio. That is stating that a multi-billion dollar company like FireEye only paid twice as much for a license as a company (Finjan Mobile) with almost zero revenue.

I just bring it up because it is more shady guidance and deception, IMO. I wonder if they are going to go back and allocate some of the $65M from Symantec to Finjan Blue.
