As with any company starting out some form of capital needs to be acquired..
while some are just focused on Warrants etc. the company also needs to make some form of movement...which it is doing with the spin=off and other things not yet released..
remember global is just starting out and also remember that warrants etc. can be renegotiated and amended...
focus should be on what company is accomplishing and attempting to do..
always what I see is build shareholder value in their statements..
impatience doesn't help only invest what you can lose or willing to wait for..
this is the type of investment where it can pay off or not, but patience lays in between..
but I believe revenue will pick up,maybe one day you will take a peek and see something quite surprising..who knows...

And the vote next week isn't only comprised of the insiders, that is really a common misperception...
global is comprised of many investors etc..
some will vote yea, some nay..always the way it goes..
but I believe anyone voting against is either misinformed or have alterior motives...which is almost always the case..
