As a matter of fact I started my career in nursing homes. Now I work with the mentally disabled. Also ran a daycare for a short time when my daughter was small.

One thing that goes across the board and that I always have to comment about is.....

I don't care if they are 8 months or 82, totally functional or completely retarded. THOSE BOYS LOVE TO PLAY WITH THEIR UNITS!

They are just the world to you guys aren't they, lol.
