"SAFEST" IR in the World??? Maybe most difficult to abuse, but not safer than anything else in and of itself. One can just as easily OD orally...and given that this would prevent what some addicts crave, the fast, intense "high" then if they couldn't shoot/snort it, they would just take more at once, if they were abusers who didn't have another option. Safer than the acetaminophen apap if they took a handful, but that's about it. FWIW, I do think it would be desirable as an adf, but the claim of "SAFEST" in the world, please.

I appreciate the relentless enthusiasm of Nasdaq, even if I don't always agree with his posts. For instance, instead of 21 Pathways to Dollarland, I'm looking for the Off-Ramp to Five Bucks Boulevard. And there is something about Holy Grail of ADF Formulations that doesn't seem quite right. Since Elite's modular 2 bead antagonist ADF is a highly versatile tool, it is more like the Swiss Army Knife of ADF Formulations. However, on this safety issue, I agree 100% with Nasdaq. Assuming the tmax fix proves true, once approved, SequestOx will be the safest IR opioid. What drug would be more safe? Definitely not any of the acetaminophen combo products. Generic single entity oxy and hydromorphone can be easily chewed, crushed, snorted, and injected. There are a few brand name drugs with some ADF features, but their ADF's are not as robust as SequestOx. Roxybond can be chewed, if it ever ships. Oxaydo doesn't qualify for any of the three available ADF labels. Yes, SequestOx can be abused by taking multiple capsules, but that is also true of every drug available for the foreseeable future. Compared to all available options, SequestOx will be the safest IR opioid based on the strength of the antagonist ADF. It absolutely cannot be chewed, snorted, or injected. Nothing else compares to it.
