I don’t have 6 mil but you’re welcome to use yours. Unless someone’s willing to pay up to lease, nothing is going to be built. I doubt bask could support a place like that. Would take a lot of patients and people willing to pay a lot for weed. I saw bask’s med prices. Imagine what rec prices will look like. Who in Massachusetts is going to pay that except at a cannabis bar? I have real doubts there will be a demand for this type of place unless the price is right.
