Yes it does say that. That means they may go under meaning bankrupt. It also means they’ll dish out shares to financiers for cash. It doesn’t mean they’ll dump shares on open market at 14 cents like someone said.

Nevertheless thecompany is going under and it’s scary for someone who’s invested. Some people have their life savings in it!
