I see that the "blasted idiots" have returned and have crashed the stock by over 50%. I have offered to buy stock all day at 6 cents or greater, in an attempt to get some momentum going. No one seems interested. In the meantime, the company still has not given any updates on the company's financial condition, sales and deliveries made, sales made and deliveries pending, or what the rate of production is. I have also called the company twice to discuss, only to never gotten to speak with anyone other than the receptionist and have never received a return phone call. I have left notes at the company website. I have indicated that I wished to purchase some drones to use locally for search and rescue here in the Great Smoky Mountain National Park in the State of Tennessee. I have never received a reply.

I now will tender an offer to purchase 51% of the company stock at the price of $0.01 cents per share for the 41,000,000 shares for a tender offer of $410,000.00. I will prepare the proper documents to file with the SEC to officially make this offer. Naturally this would mean that all intellectual property remain with the company, along with all patents, including those pending. As the controlling stockholder, I will become the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
